1. Age: 18 – 60
2. Weight : 45kg above
3. Minimum 5 hours of sleep at the day before blood donation
4. Have not undergone any operation in the last 6 months
5. Not taken any medicine or antibiotics in the past 1 week before donating blood
6. Not menstruating, pregnant or breastfeeding
7. Not a drug addict and have not consumed alcohol at the past 24 hours
8. The interval between the last blood donation should not be less than 8 weeks
9. Not involved in homosexual, bisexual relationship or random intercourse

Remember to bring along:

• Personal Identity card (MyKad / NRIC / Passport)
• Blood donation record book (if you have donated before)

Blood & Organs Donation Campaign in conjunction with World AIDS day 2008

大山脚林氏西河堂青年团、妇女组与马来西亚红新月会威中威南专区
共同配合 “世界爱滋病日”联办爱心捐血及器官捐献运动

日期：2008年11月30日(星期天)
地点：百利镇万顺购物中心

主要宗旨是提倡爱心社会及抢救生命。该活动同时提倡环保教育弃用纸盘或宝丽龙类等餐具, 减量垃圾。大会恭请大山脚区国会议员YB章瑛女士和巴东拉浪区州议员YB陈宗兴先生主持开幕。也安排了免费健康检查及赠送丰富礼物给热心捐血人士。

平均出席者约有350位, 包括志愿工作队。当天成功获取250多包血液和超越全威省器官捐献登记记录。各界热心人士及许多本地商家也参于此项有意义的活动和给于热烈支持及慈善赞助。
