- Age: 18 – 60
- Weight : 45kg above
- Minimum 5 hours of sleep at the day before blood donation
- Have not undergone any operation in the last 6 months
- Not taken any medicine or antibiotics in the past 1 week before donating blood
- Not menstruating, pregnant or breastfeeding
- Not a drug addict and have not consumed alcohol at the past 24 hours
- The interval between the last blood donation should not be less than 8 weeks
- Not involved in homosexual, bisexual relationship or random intercourse
Remember to bring along:
- Personal Identity card (MyKad / NRIC / Passport)
- Blood donation record book (if you have donated before)
